Scurta descriere Dawn of the Planet of the Apes 2014

O populaţie aflată în dezvoltare, maimuţele evoluate genetic conduse de Caesar (Andy Serkis), sunt ameninţate de un grup de oameni supravieţuitori ai devastatorului virus ce a făcut ravagii în urmă cu zece ani. Reuşesc să încheie temporar pace, însă aceasta se dovedeşte fragilă şi de scurtă durată, căci ambele părţi se află pe picior de război, un război ce va hotărî care va fi specia dominantă de pe Pământ.
